Our tofu is dusted in our seasoned flour and lightly fried to get achieve a crispy exterior and a warm soft interior. All of our Banh Mis can also be converted to Banh Mi Rice Bowls. We also offer GLUTEN FREE options and our Tofu Banh Mi is a great vegetarian option (with tofu that is lightly fried to have a light crispy exterior).

Our bubble teas are not made from any powders. We use premium teas that are brewed fresh each morning and flavored with premium flavored syrups. We have 9 signature drinks (several that are not offered at any other Bubble Tea shops in the area).

We have elevated the popular street food with meats that are marinated overnight (some that we cook for over 8 hours like our popular 5 spice pork). We also offer Ba Lien's eggrolls and fresh spring rolls. The veggies are cut fresh daily.
